Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds or replacements may be available for LitMen Fibre orders.

1. Unused products

Returns and refunds may be available for unused, clean and complete products where required or permitted under applicable EU consumer law.

Products must be returned in suitable packaging and in a condition that allows inspection.

2. Custom-made products

Custom-made, personalized or made-to-order products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by EU and Dutch consumer law.

This can include products made according to selected shapes, color mixes, quantity splits, notes or supplied design references.

3. Hygiene and safety

Used disposable tattoo consumables cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

If you believe an item is defective, contact LitMen Fibre before using it.

4. Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@litmenfibre.com with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and products.

LitMen Fibre may offer a replacement, partial refund or other solution depending on the issue.

5. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed after returned goods have been received and reviewed where a return is required.

Refund timing may depend on Stripe, your card issuer or your payment provider.
