LitMen Fibre ships orders worldwide where postal or courier services are available.
Shipping availability may depend on destination country, carrier restrictions, customs rules and local delivery conditions.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout before payment.
Current shipping rules may include different rates for small and larger orders and free shipping above a stated order value.
Production and delivery times are estimates only. Custom production, busy periods, carrier delays and customs processing can affect delivery dates.
LitMen Fibre is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities or incorrect address details provided by the buyer.
For international orders, customs duties, import VAT, taxes, handling fees or brokerage fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included unless clearly stated during checkout.
If your order arrives damaged, contact LitMen Fibre as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and damaged products.
Keep the packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as carriers may request evidence.
Returns are possible within the period provided by applicable EU consumer law if the products are unused, clean, complete and returned in suitable packaging.
Used disposable tattoo consumables cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Custom-made or personalized products may be excluded from return rights where allowed by law.
Approved refunds are processed after returned goods have been received and inspected.
Original shipping costs and return shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to an error by LitMen Fibre.
