LitMen Fibre sells 3D printed disposable ink cups, ink caps and related custom tattoo accessories for use in the tattoo industry.

All products are intended as disposable consumable items. The buyer is responsible for using the products in a clean, safe and lawful manner according to local professional standards.

Product colors, surface texture and finish may vary slightly due to filament batches, 3D printing settings, lighting and screen differences.

LitMen Fibre may sell and ship products worldwide where shipping is available.

The buyer is responsible for checking whether purchasing, importing, possessing or using the products is allowed under the laws and professional rules of their country or region.

LitMen Fibre is not responsible for unlawful import, incorrect professional use, unsafe use or misuse of the products after delivery.

Prices are shown in EUR and include Dutch VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown during checkout before payment.

Payments are processed by Stripe. LitMen Fibre does not store complete payment card details.

An order is confirmed after successful payment. Custom requests may require separate confirmation before production.

LitMen Fibre ships worldwide where postal or courier services are available. Shipping costs are shown during checkout before payment.

Customs duties, import VAT, handling fees or local taxes outside the Netherlands may be charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise.

Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to order volume, custom work, carrier delays, customs processing or force majeure events.

LitMen Fibre is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, courier services, customs authorities or incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.

If goods are damaged during delivery, the buyer should contact LitMen Fibre as soon as possible with photos of the package, damaged items and order details.

Consumers in the European Union may have a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases, subject to legal exceptions.

Returns are accepted only for unused, clean, complete products in suitable packaging and only where required or permitted under applicable EU consumer law.

Used disposable tattoo consumables cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return shipping costs may be the buyer's responsibility unless the return is caused by an error by LitMen Fibre or a confirmed product defect.

Custom-made, personalized or made-to-order products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by EU and Dutch consumer law.

This may include products produced according to the buyer's chosen shape, model, color mix, quantity split, custom notes or supplied design references.

If an order contains custom-made items, LitMen Fibre may start production after payment and order confirmation.

If you have a complaint about a product, order, delivery or service, contact LitMen Fibre at hello@litmenfibre.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue and relevant photos where applicable.

LitMen Fibre will review complaints as soon as reasonably possible and will aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days.

If more time is needed to investigate, LitMen Fibre will confirm receipt of the complaint and indicate when a further response can be expected.

EU consumers may have access to national or EU consumer dispute-resolution options depending on their country of residence.

The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. LitMen Fibre therefore does not provide the old ODR platform link.

Consumers should first contact LitMen Fibre directly at hello@litmenfibre.com so the issue can be reviewed and resolved where possible.

All product photos, 3D previews, website graphics, product descriptions and other website content are owned by LitMen Fibre unless stated otherwise.

No website content may be copied, redistributed or used commercially without written permission from LitMen Fibre.

LitMen Fibre is not liable for indirect loss, business interruption, loss of profit, improper use, unsafe use or use contrary to local laws or professional hygiene standards.

The buyer is responsible for checking products before use and for using disposable tattoo consumables according to applicable hygiene, safety and professional requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Disputes will be handled under the applicable jurisdiction and consumer protection rules of the Netherlands and the European Union where applicable.
